  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Slice the fresh mozzarella cheese and ripe tomatoes into 1/2 cm thick slices.
  3. In a baking dish, arrange layers of sliced tomatoes and mozzarella, alternating them.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar evenly over the layered tomatoes and mozzarella.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper on top.
  6. Tear the fresh basil leaves and scatter them over the dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted and bubbly.
