Ingredients

  • Artichoke hearts - 150 grams, chopped
  • Fresh spinach - 100 grams, chopped
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
  • Sour cream - 50 grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams, shredded
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth.
  5. Stir in the sautéed spinach and chopped artichoke hearts. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Mix until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
