- Artichoke hearts - 150 grams, chopped
- Fresh spinach - 100 grams, chopped
- Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
- Sour cream - 50 grams
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams, shredded
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the sautéed spinach and chopped artichoke hearts. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
