- Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 50 grams
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped artichoke hearts, sautéed spinach, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until fully combined.
