Ingredients

  • Frozen artichoke hearts - 200 grams, thawed and chopped
  • Fresh spinach - 150 grams, roughly chopped
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 50 grams
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped artichoke hearts, sautéed spinach, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until fully combined.
