  • Lamb shoulder - 400 grams, cut into 2 cm cubes

  • Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
  3. While the lamb is marinating, soak the wooden skewers in water to prevent burning on the grill.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the soaked skewers, packing them closely but not too tightly.
  6. Once the grill is hot, place the skewers on it and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is nicely charred and cooked to your desired doneness.
  7. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
