- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
- While the lamb is marinating, soak the wooden skewers in water to prevent burning on the grill.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the soaked skewers, packing them closely but not too tightly.
- Once the grill is hot, place the skewers on it and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is nicely charred and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
