Ingredients

  • Lamb shoulder - 300 grams, cut into 2 cm cubes

  • Fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon - 1, juiced
  • Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the lamb cubes, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the lamb evenly.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated lamb pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers, packing them tightly but not too tightly.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
