- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Fresh rosemary - 2 sprigs, chopped
- Fresh thyme - 2 sprigs, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- White wine - 100 ml
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.

- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the pork loin on all sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Pour the white wine into the skillet around the pork loin, then transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Roast the pork for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
- Remove from the oven and let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the pork loin and serve with the pan juices drizzled on top.
