- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form into two patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the lamb patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing the yogurt, lemon juice, grated cucumber, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Set aside.
- Toast the burger buns lightly in a separate pan or under the broiler until golden.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lamb patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with rucola, tomato slices, red onion, crumbled feta, and a generous spoonful of the yogurt sauce.
