Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds, and sauté until they start to crackle.
  3. Stir in the diced zucchini and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt, mixing well to coat the zucchini.
  5. Cover the pan and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the zucchini is tender.
  6. Sprinkle in the garam masala and stir well.
