  • Wild plums - 200 grams, pitted and quartered
  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Coconut oil - 40 grams, melted
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Water - 2 tablespoons (if needed)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, honey, egg, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a 6-inch tart pan evenly.
  4. Place the quartered wild plums evenly over the crust.
  5. Bake the tart in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the plums are soft.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
