Steps
- Clean the wild mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a pan, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.
- Add the cumin seeds and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute until aromatic.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are tender and lightly browned.
- Sprinkle in the turmeric, coriander powder, and salt, mixing well to coat the mushrooms evenly.
- Continue to cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the spices are well incorporated.
- Remove from heat and stir in the fresh cilantro and lemon juice.
