Ingredients

  • Wild boar ribs - 800 grams
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
  • Ginger, grated - 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, mix together coconut oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and lime juice to create a marinade.
  2. Add the wild boar ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the ribs from the marinade and allow excess marinade to drip off. Reserve the remaining marinade.
  5. Place the ribs on the grill, bone-side down, and cook for about 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the reserved marinade.
  6. Once cooked through and tender, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving and enjoy your Wild Boar Ribs with a side of fresh vegetables.
