Ingredients

  • Blueberries - 100 grams
  • Raspberries - 100 grams
  • Blackberries - 100 grams
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 60°C (140°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender, combine the blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the berry mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and let it dehydrate for about 3 hours, or until the leather is no longer sticky to the touch.
  5. Once dehydrated, remove the sheet from the oven and let it cool completely.
  6. Cut the berry leather into strips and roll them up in parchment paper for storage.
