- Blueberries - 100 grams
- Raspberries - 100 grams
- Blackberries - 100 grams
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 60°C (140°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a blender, combine the blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the berry mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and let it dehydrate for about 3 hours, or until the leather is no longer sticky to the touch.
- Once dehydrated, remove the sheet from the oven and let it cool completely.
