  • Coconut oil - 30 grams, melted
  • Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans) - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and a pinch of salt. Stir gently to coat the berries.
