- Ground venison - 250 grams
- Ghee - 1 tablespoon
- Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Green bell pepper - 1, diced
- Tomato - 1 medium, chopped
- Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Heat ghee in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground venison to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in the diced green bell pepper, chopped tomato, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet, stirring until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
