- Venison ground meat - 300 grams
- Pork fat (or pork belly) - 100 grams, finely chopped
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons (for cooking)
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground venison and pork fat until well blended.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, and chopped parsley to the meat mixture.
- Mix everything thoroughly by hand or with a spoon until all spices are evenly distributed.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal parts and shape each part into a sausage link, about 10 cm long.
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the sausage links to the skillet.
- Cook the sausage links for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.
- Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
