Ingredients
- Venison ground meat - 400 grams
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons for cooking
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground venison, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped cilantro.
- Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, then form the mixture into 2 equal-sized patties.
- Heat the coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, add the patties to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice golden-brown crust.
- Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
