Ingredients

  • Ground venison - 250 grams
  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Fresh cilantro - 15 grams, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon, for frying

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground venison, almond flour, egg, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, grated ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, using your hands if necessary.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add coconut oil.
  4. Once the oil is hot, form the meat mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  5. Place the meatballs in the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned on all sides and cooked through.
  6. Remove the meatballs from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
