- Ground venison - 250 grams
- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Fresh cilantro - 15 grams, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon, for frying
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground venison, almond flour, egg, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, grated ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, using your hands if necessary.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add coconut oil.
- Once the oil is hot, form the meat mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
