  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable broth - 500 ml
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and sauté until they begin to splutter.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced carrots and potatoes, cooking for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the chopped green beans and tomato, mixing well with the other vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle in turmeric and coriander powder, stirring to coat the vegetables evenly.
  6. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
