- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Breadcrumbs - 50 grams
- Oil - for brushing
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine grated carrots, chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, mashed potatoes, and chopped coriander leaves.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt to the vegetable mixture and mix well until combined.
- Gradually add breadcrumbs to the mixture until it holds together well and can be shaped.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, pressing firmly to ensure it sticks.
- Preheat a grill or oven to medium-high heat and lightly brush the skewers with oil.
- Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and let them cool slightly before serving.
