- Korma paste - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Sauté until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the diced bell peppers, carrot, green peas, and cauliflower florets. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- Add the korma paste and coconut milk to the vegetable mixture, stirring well. Simmer for 5 minutes until it thickens slightly. Season with salt to taste.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking tray or pizza stone.
- Spread the korma vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza base.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the korma mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
