Steps
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

- Pour in the coconut milk and ground almonds, stirring to create a creamy sauce. Season with salt to taste.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
