  • Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, and let them sizzle for about 30 seconds.
