- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Green chili - 1, slit

Steps
- Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the pureed tomato and cook for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Add the vegan prawns and slit green chili, stirring well to coat them with the spice mixture.
- Pour in the coconut milk and season with salt. Simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
