  • Green chili - 1, slit
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped tomato and green chili, cooking until the tomato softens.
