  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Wash and peel the cucumber, carrot, and radish. Cut them into thin strips or small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cucumber, carrot, and radish with salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well to ensure the vegetables are coated.
  3. In a small pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  4. Pour the tempered oil and mustard seeds over the vegetable mixture and stir to combine.
