  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 inch, grated
  • Carrot - 1 medium, diced
  • Potato - 1 medium, diced
  • Mushrooms - 200 grams, sliced
  • Tomato - 1 medium, chopped
  • Vegetable broth - 500 ml
  • Chickpeas - 1 can (400 grams), drained and rinsed
  • Nihari spice mix - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh coriander - for garnish

  • Green chili - 1, sliced (optional)

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
