Ingredients

  • Vegan yogurt - 200 grams
  • Nori seaweed (finely chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Chickpea flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh mint leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
  • Green chili (finely chopped) - 1 small
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Cucumber (finely diced) - 1/2 medium
  • Tomato (finely diced) - 1 small

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan yogurt, lemon juice, and water. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add the chopped nori seaweed, chickpea flour, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and black salt to the yogurt mixture. Stir well to combine.
  3. Fold in the chopped coriander, mint, green chili, diced cucumber, and diced tomato into the yogurt mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring gently until warmed through.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature as a side dish with rice or flatbreads.
