- Vegan yogurt - 200 grams
- Nori seaweed (finely chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Chickpea flour - 2 tablespoons
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh mint leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
- Green chili (finely chopped) - 1 small
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
- Cucumber (finely diced) - 1/2 medium
- Tomato (finely diced) - 1 small
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan yogurt, lemon juice, and water. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the chopped nori seaweed, chickpea flour, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and black salt to the yogurt mixture. Stir well to combine.
- Fold in the chopped coriander, mint, green chili, diced cucumber, and diced tomato into the yogurt mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring gently until warmed through.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature as a side dish with rice or flatbreads.
