- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add chopped tomato and green bell pepper, cooking until they soften, about 3-4 minutes.
- Crumble the tofu into the skillet using your hands and mix well with the vegetables.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Stir to combine and cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Remove from heat, stir in fresh cilantro and lemon juice.
- Serve hot with toast, parathas, or as a filling for wraps.
