  • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Mint chutney - 2 tablespoons
  • Tamarind chutney - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Roasted peanuts - 30 grams

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, cooked chickpeas, diced potato, chopped tomato, cucumber, red onion, and green chilies.
  2. Add the mint chutney, tamarind chutney, and lemon juice to the mixture.
