- Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they become translucent.
- Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chili; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add diced tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices.
- Mix in the coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt; cook for another minute.
- Incorporate the boiled and mashed potatoes along with the boiled peas; mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Sprinkle garam masala over the mixture and stir for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice.
- Serve hot with bread or buns.
