- Whole wheat noodles - 100 grams

- Spinach - 1 cup, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
- In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
- Add the whole wheat noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.
