  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, tandoori masala, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
  4. Add the baby potatoes to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
