Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, chopped bell pepper, zucchini slices, and red onion.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables, then sprinkle the tandoori masala and salt. Toss well to coat evenly.
- Spread the seasoned vegetables on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.
