- Paneer - 200 grams
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Tandoori masala - 2 tablespoons
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Bell peppers (mixed colors) - 100 grams, cubed
- Onion - 1 medium, cubed
- Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
- Cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Cut the paneer into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to make the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the paneer cubes and mix gently until all pieces are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat (around 200°C or 400°F).
- Thread the marinated paneer cubes, bell pepper cubes, and onion pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers alternately.
- Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are slightly charred and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let them rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
