Steps
- Clean the button mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems if desired.
- In a mixing bowl, combine plain yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt to create the marinade.
