  • Tandoori masala - 2 tablespoons

  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150g, shredded
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced mushrooms, Greek yogurt, tandoori masala, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
