Steps
- Clean the button mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, garam masala, paprika, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the cleaned mushrooms to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and brush it lightly with oil.
- Thread the marinated mushrooms onto skewers, leaving a little space between each mushroom.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender and slightly charred.
