- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 2 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped cilantro, chopped mint, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or oven to a high temperature (about 200°C or 400°F).
- Once marinated, take a portion of the lamb mixture and mold it onto the skewers, forming long sausage shapes around each skewer.
