Ingredients
- Fish fillets (boneless, skinless) - 300 grams
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Tandoori masala - 2 tablespoons
- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish) - a handful
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and red chili powder to create a marinade.
- Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush it lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Thread the marinated fish pieces onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
