Steps
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover and let them sit for 10-12 minutes. Remove the eggs and place them in ice water to cool.
- Peel the cooled eggs and set them aside.
- In a bowl, combine the yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, cumin powder, and paprika. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
- Coat the peeled eggs evenly with the marinade. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes, preferably in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Brush the marinated eggs with oil and place them on the grill or in a baking dish.
- Grill the eggs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are slightly charred and heated through.
