Ingredients

  • Large eggs - 4
  • Plain yogurt - 200 grams
  • Tandoori masala - 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover and let them sit for 10-12 minutes. Remove the eggs and place them in ice water to cool.
  2. Peel the cooled eggs and set them aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, cumin powder, and paprika. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
  4. Coat the peeled eggs evenly with the marinade. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes, preferably in the refrigerator.
  5. Preheat your grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).
  6. Brush the marinated eggs with oil and place them on the grill or in a baking dish.
  7. Grill the eggs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are slightly charred and heated through.
  8. Remove from the grill, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve hot.
