  • Yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Tandoori masala - 2 tablespoons
  • Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, salt, and vegetable oil. Mix well to create a marinade.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for better flavor.
  4. Preheat a grill or tandoor to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
  7. Remove the skewers from the grill and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
