  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Mixed salad greens - 150 grams
  • Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to create a marinade.

  6. Top the salad with the sliced tandoori chicken and avocado slices.
  7. Drizzle with additional olive oil or lemon juice if desired, then toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
