- Sev (crispy chickpea noodles) - 30 grams

Steps
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garam masala, salt, and cumin powder to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and coat thoroughly with the marinade. Cover and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) or prepare a grill. Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray or grill and cook for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and slightly charred.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the chaat toppings: combine diced red onion, tomato, cucumber, and chopped coriander in a bowl.
- Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes and then cut it into smaller pieces if desired.
- To assemble the chaat, place the cooked tandoori chicken on a serving plate. Top with the mixed vegetables, drizzle with mint and tamarind chutneys, and sprinkle sev and pomegranate seeds on top.
