  • sunflower seeds - 100 grams
  • raw honey - 2 tablespoons
  • coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
  • cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • unsweetened shredded coconut - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, cinnamon powder, and sea salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, gently heat the coconut oil and honey over low heat until melted and combined. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
