Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and scrub the sunchokes, then slice them thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic and chopped sage, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
