  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and cut the butternut squash into cubes.
  3. Place the squash cubes on a baking tray, drizzle with ghee, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  4. Roast the squash in the oven for 20 minutes, or until tender.
