  • Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Green chili - 1, finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mung bean sprouts and chickpea sprouts.
  2. Add the diced cucumber, tomato, red onion, and green chili to the bowl.
