- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1, sliced

Steps
- In a large bowl, combine lamb mince, red onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, cilantro, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, approximately 2 cm thick.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil to coat the surface.
- Once hot, place the lamb patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness (internal temperature should be 70°C).
- While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the lamb patty, tomato slice, cucumber slice, and a dollop of yogurt. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve immediately with your favorite side, such as potato wedges or a salad.
