  • Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon

  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coconut milk - 200 ml
  • Tomato - 1 medium, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and slit green chili. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Stir well and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the chopped tomato and cook until soft and mushy, about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Add the fresh crab meat and mix gently. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the crab is heated through.
