Ingredients

  • Rice flour - 20 grams

  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and mix until they are well coated with the spice mixture.
  4. Drizzle the cooking oil and lemon juice over the cauliflower and toss again to ensure even coating.
  5. Arrange the coated cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  7. Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
